Cdc problems from 2020-12-15 14:28 to 14:44

On Dec. 15, 2020, 2:28 p.m., cdc.gov stopped responding normally and became unavailable to users.
After 16 minutes, at Dec. 15, 2020, 2:44 p.m., It started behaving normally and we were able to reach it again.

During the downtime, no users reported problems with reaching cdc.gov
