Cdc problems from 2021-02-06 09:32 to 10:13

On Feb. 6, 2021, 9:32 a.m., cdc.gov stopped responding normally and became unavailable to users.
After 40 minutes, at Feb. 6, 2021, 10:13 a.m., It started behaving normally and we were able to reach it again.
